1. John 14:27 KJV
"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
Jesus spoke these words the night before the cross. His peace does not depend on easy circumstances. It is a gift He gives in the middle of them.
2. John 16:33
"These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."
3. Mark 4:39: "Peace, be still"

4. Matthew 11:28
"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."
5. Isaiah 9:6: The Prince of Peace
